Refunds
We want you to love your Botanix products, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.
Requesting a Refund:
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@botanixhair.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with our return address and further instructions.
To process your refund request, please include:
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a return or refund.
- If the issue involves an allergic reaction, a medical statement or documentation must be provided.
- Photo or video evidence of the shipping label attached to the returned package.
Please note: If no photo of the shipping label or video of the product being unwrapped is provided, we cannot process a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
1. The request must be made within 5 days of receiving your item.
2. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
3. The product must be shipped back to us within 30 days of your original purchase.
4. You must provide proof (photo/video) that the return was sent to the correct address with the shipping label visible.
We do not offer refunds for:
1. Orders returned after 30 days from the purchase date.
2. Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer (including missing apartment or suite numbers).
3. Products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse.
4. Returned items without a photo or video of the shipping label.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Resend Policy
We will only resend a package if the original delivery failure was due to an error by the courier or delivery service (e.g., mishandling, misrouting, or loss in transit).
In such cases, we will resend your order to the original shipping address at no additional cost.
Customer-Initiated Address Changes
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or requests a resend to a different address after the order has already shipped, the following conditions apply:
- A $10 reshipping fee will be charged.
- Before we process the resend, the original package must first be delivered to our warehouse.
This fee covers the cost of handling, processing, and shipping the replacement due to the address change.
Important Note
Botanix is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer-entered errors, including missing apartment or suite numbers. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Address Changes
At Botanix, we process orders very quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Because of this, any requests to change the shipping address must follow the timeline below:
Address Change Window
- All address change requests must be submitted within 2–3 minutes of placing your order.
- After this brief window, your order enters the fulfillment stage and we are no longer able to make any changes.
Important Notice
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
At Botanix, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to help you make informed decisions:
Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes to 48 hours after placement, as long as:
- A valid reason for the cancellation is provided.
- The order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
After this window, cancellations cannot be processed, as the order will likely be in fulfillment and on its way to being shipped.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please email us at support@botanixhair.com with: - Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the cancellation
- The full name used to place the order
We will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on your order status.
Important Notes
- If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within , if eligible.
Product Description Issues
If you believe the product you received does not match its description, please contact us at support@botanixhair.com. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution based on the findings.
