Processing Time
- We ship orders from our warehouse within 10–30 minutes after you place them.
Delivery Time
- Because some of our main ingredients come from overseas, delivery times can vary.
- Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after your order ships.
- Peak Season Notice (Batana in Honduras): During peak Batana season in Honduras, orders may take longer than usual. Delivery may take 2–3 weeks after dispatch.
Tracking Updates
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
- You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s progress.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- After your package has shipped, the delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
- We’re not responsible for delays, damage, or issues that happen while the package is in transit.
Delivered Packages
- When tracking shows your order as delivered, the package becomes your responsibility.
- Please make sure there’s a safe place for delivery, or request that your local post office holds the package for pickup.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
